Primaris chapter masters. Now some people might find this an annoying idea, what with primaris already taking over space marine and what not, but i think gw should release a super customizable, badass "chapter master" set, instead of the promote a captain rule. It would allow actually reasonably badass customized leader for a "your dudes.
